WodVision Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WodVision mobile application (“App”) provided by WodVision (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

WodVision is an AI-powered fitness application that provides:

• Video form analysis — upload videos of CrossFit exercises and receive AI-generated feedback on your form, speed, and stability.
• WOD Timer — workout timers for AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, and For Time formats.
• Gamification features — points, levels, and achievements earned through consistent training.

The App is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes. See Section 6 for important disclaimers about the nature of AI analysis.

2. Accounts

2.1 Registration

To use WodVision, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old if you are in the European Union) to create an account.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain additional trial periods is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free and Paid Features

WodVision offers both free features and premium features available through a subscription. A description of which features require a subscription is available within the App.
